Please log in for more thread options Is there a way that I can program a "hunt group" with members external to the system (mobile phone)? Ex. Calls get routed to this hunt group and there are 5 members in this group that is on there cell. The call will first attempt to transfer the call to the first member and after 3 rings; the call will do a transfer callback and continue to the next member until that call is answered or after the last member ->VM. (The reason I mention 3 rings is because I do not what the
external callers cell VM to pickup.
This solution does not need to be a hunt group; it can be a Nortel ACD, or a 3rd party application. Thanks in advance, RT | ||||||||||
