Please log in for more thread options T7316 set rings audibly even when I am on the line. All other sets in our office dump the caller straight to voicemail (this would be my preferred behaviour). Any help available? Thanks in advance, Gil | ||||||||||||||||

To summarize for others: Go to General Admin>Set Capabilities > Show Set > DND on busy: Y
