Please log in for more thread options issues)? I ask only because I have noticed little inconsistancies since I have been using it and since I don't have a tonne of experience with the software itself, was looking to the community to fill me in. Thank you, DigitalElf

In each case Nortel had a patch or two which corrected our issues. So, what ever version you have, make sure you have your patches up to date. Brad Walker Energen Corp

Please log in for more thread options We started out using 4.2 - we are now on ver. 5.
Our setup goes something like: 4 Contact Centes - Symposium paired with either an 81C, 61C or 11C, interfacing with a Periphonics VPS/IS via a CCT server using HDX.... We also have an NCCS Server (network controller) We have had lots of problems with services not remianing stable or operational at each site, however Symposium itself rarely crashes. Although it is sometimes rendered useless by inoperable services. We have not been able to install SU05 or SU06 patch groups, and SU04 required a designer patch to maintain the stability of HDX. Recently we were issued with SU06 and not informed that it does NOT support HDX - it effectively destroyed our Contact Centre, the backup had to be cut accross before it would function again. Many Angry faces that day! I think a majority of the issues we experience are more related to problems with Windows Server 2000 than Symposium itself, but try and prove that one! Symposium 6 is supposed to be the most robust ever - I will let you know later on this year.
