Please log in for more thread options I have a french only skillset that is receiving calls from the english only skillset when there are no calls for the french. How do I correct this? | |||||||||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options It sounds like the people are in both the French and English skillsets. Make sure that they are at a priority of "Standby" or not in the English skillset at all to ensure calls don't roll-over to them when they aren't busy. ~ Mike Tony wrote: | |||||||||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options Next place I would check would probably be the scripting for the
English skillset. Perhaps something exists like: IF english_skillset OUT OF SERVICE then QUEUE TO french_skillset Not proper syntax, but I don't have any of my scripts open for reference at the moment. ^____^ ~ Mike Tony wrote: > Michael,
