Please log in for more thread options I have a BCM running version 4.0 with CallPilot. I have realised that I have a problem dialling some DNs once in the ACD. The DNs that are the problem start 88 as the system thinks I want to access CallPilot and not finish the dialling to the intended extension. I have a number range of 8700 to 8899. Bearing in mind I cannot change my number range, what options do I have? Could the 88 to access CallPilot from outside be changed to another FEATURE code or might I have to add an option to dial the extension by dialling another digit first. Thoughts would be appreciated.
