Please log in for more thread options Hi, We have several 2616 phones with an additional "module" attached that consists of a further 22 keys. Questions: 1. What is the correct term for this "module"? 2. Do these keys have exactly the same funtionality as the satndard 16 keys on a 2616? 3. How do I program "one touch" phone numbers into these keys (and presumably the standard 16 keys)? many thanks ShuggyB | ||||||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options Think I may have worked this out. Can someone confirm this is all correct? Porgramming Speed Dials ======================== If you are programming speed dials on a 22 Key expansion module, make sure the module is enabled: LD 11 REQ: PRT TYPE: TN TN <Enter Required TN>
Look for AOM, it should be set to 1 (2 if there are 2 AOMs attached?). If it is set to 0, module is not enabled. If you need to enable the 22 Key expansion module: LD 11 REQ: CHG TYPE: 2616 ECHG: NO <RETURN> until
AOM: 1
<RETURN> all the way out
To add speed dial number to a key: LD 11 REQ: CHG TYPE: 2616 TN: <Enter Required TN>
ECHG: NO
<RETURN> until
KEY: XX ADL 16 Y..Y (where XX is the key to be programmed and Y..Y is the
phone number (include 9 for outside line)) <RETURN> all the way out
thanks ShuggyB | ||||||||||||||||
