Please log in for more thread options I am familiar with day-to-day tasks on my pbx, changing names, phone types, new extensions etc... But I need to make the following change to the config. Frequently my users need to call people located in our Israel office. The phone systems between here and Israel are completely separate. However everyone's phone number in Israel is 011-XXX-XXX-abcd Where abcd is the users extension is Israel. I want my users to be able to pick the phone and press 7 + abcd and then the pbx automatically dials Israel for them. Meaning the pbx dials 9 011 XXX XXX abcd. 9 = outside line. Can anyone help? Thanks. | |||||||||||||
