Nortel M7324 - Can't get the phone to ring

Please log in for more thread options I need help figuring out how to get my phone to ring. Here is the setup 4 phones, 6 incoming lines 1 phone is main reception, all calls go through there. The others will hear the phone ring but do not answer unless reception is busy (they can all see each other) At one point, the ring on 2 of the phones was shut off. They could see the lines flass but no sound. This was done to lessen the noise in the office. If someone transfers to me, I get a ring. Internal works fine and I can dial out. Now I need to get the ring back. I have the manual but cannot find anything on this. I figure it has something to due with the configuration but don't know where. Can someone please help me get the ring back on my phone. It is a Meridian M7324 6 lines (2 trunk lines). Thank you in advance for you help. | ||||||||||
