Can anyone tell me how to get my prime telephone number back on line 3.
My line 3 button was erased and now shows blank button when in button
inquiry.
(feature *0)
When I call my prime # it shows up on hands free mute button.
I cannot call out on that number, I get a busy signal.
Thanks a million for anyones help.

"appr & ring" means the line appears and also rings on the phone.
There are four options for a line on a phone.  You can have a line:
a.  appr only (appears only, doesn't ring but you can see when the line is
in use)
b.  appr&ring (appears and also rings)
c.  ring only (there's no line appearance, it shows up on the intercom
key(s))
d. unassigned (the line doesn't show on the phone at all)

With an M7310 he may have an older software.
