Please log in for more thread options a need for one of the existing lines in our office NOT to go to voicemail. It needs to ring forever, no answer , no nothing. It doesnt have a voicmail box assigned to it. I took off the forward to no answer extension. And If i wasnt standing by our main control set i would not have seen this happen. When i call the number, it rings 5 or 6 times, than on the control set (main number) it displays DRT NUMBER ( the actual phone its being forwarded from) What am i missing??? Thanks | |||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options DRT Delayed Ringing Transfer transfers non answered call to prime set on
line. Check to see what line is primed to. I personally always delete prime sets on lines just for this reason. > Or set DRT to no in system program.
