Hi,

I am trying to access the menu item Feature 873 (routing) or 872
(Restrictions). Off of one phone I get "Denied in admin", off of the main
phone I get to enter a password (I've tried both "admin" and "config") and
then I get the same "Denied in admin" - I imagine because the password is
incorrect. We have lost the information of whoever originally set up the
phones so I can't call them to ask.

Is there another password I should try here? Is there a way to reset this
password?

Again, I appreciate any help anyone could offer me!

At this point, your best bet is to call in a professional. With a rad, a tech
can get into the system for you.
