Need recommendation on continued service in Dallas, Tx sd 03-02-07

I need recommendation on company to do continued maintenance and
upgrades on BCM 400 unit in downtown Dallas, Texas. Office has 1/2 T-1
serving about 25 hard T series extensions, 3 soft phones for roving
people and is running 3.6.

Current company is not working out as well as it formerly did due to
retirement of our technician.

you a quote.
