Please log in for more thread options Call in from outside get 4-5 new messages and some saved messages. Check from set get x new messages. Saved messages, we know she has over 100 saved, but display does not go over 99 saved messages. Another tech has been involved with this "person" and I may now get the problem. Checked my 4.0 manual and cannot find anything about it. No surprise. Mailbox is cos13 with 90 day retention. We normally use cos1 or cos13 if the user needs more time. I just think this is a software limitation and NOT a problem. My thought was to modify cos13 for less retention period. Any other ideas ?? Thanks KenW | ||||||||||
