Please log in for more thread options Otherwise, Callpilot and the phone switch is working perfectly. If there is a message, the light never pops up. I can dial in and receive the message just fine. We're running an Option 81c switch with CallPilot release 02.01.27. Most of the phones are Meridian 2616. We have a few other miscelleanous models across campus and they're not working either. We're stumped. Anyone have any suggestions on where to start or what to try? So far, we've restarted everything but that didn't help. Thanks, Joe Marshall Frederick Community College | |||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options light the lights with that. Next - assuming they light....., during a REALLY slow period, go into LD 48 and enable message monitoring. You should see MWI messages go across the link after you leave a message. Theres alot of HEX, etc. The layout of the DN's is flipped, also. Example: x4120 will come across as either 14 A2, or A2 14 depending on the message. You should see an MWI message listed for each message left or listened to, though. If they are there, INI the switch. If it still doesn't work, you might have to do a reload. If they are not there, try a reboot of the Callpilot. | |||||||||||||
