KIM 24 on Modular ICS does not show "on hold"

Please log in for more thread options Module shows when an extension is on the line, it goes clear when put on regular or exclusive hold. This has been designated the (only) Central Answering Position. Any way to show when an extension is on hold on the KIM? Thanks | |||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options show when the extension is busy. If it puts a call on hold and hangs up, its not busy any more. TerryS | |||||||||||||
