Please log in for more thread options We're having a problem with a particular telephone number here on-site. Someone is transferring calls for orders to extension 7565 instead of CDN 3565. At least that is my assumption after researching to see if something was cross-linked in CallPilot or the PBX (which it doesn't appear to be). My question is, can I find out who is transferring the calls to 7565? It must be someone new that has the wrong phone number, but we hire so many new people that tracking them down will be difficult. Thanks in advance, Mike | |||||||||||||
