Please log in for more thread options to make calls on the customer service line route the way we want. When call comes in on Line 1 - it should ring 4 times at extension 100 (also the General Delivery Mailbox number), then ring to extension 108. If no one answers, it should then drop the caller into the General Delivery mailbox. I do not want this line to be picked up by the AA. I want it to route the caller without using the Call Pilot. Is this possible? How can I accomplish this? Many Thanks. | ||||||||||
