Do you need a cross connect cable for call pilot 100?

Please log in for more thread options call pilot system. Connecting the Call Pilot into the router with a static IP does not allow me to connect to the Call Pilot though I can ping it. Connecting my laptop directly to the Call Pilot, without a cross link cable, works fine. Thoughts? | |||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options 1. Double check that cable you are calling an un-crossover cable. 2. Your laptop may have auto sensing like the new switches. TerryS >

regular cat5 cable. >
