I use the Contact Center Manager build 06.00.004.03.
Upon loading the application I receive an error stating that
I have an ActiveX control missing. I have allowed ActiveX controls
to run and yet the issue persists. Is there a way to install this
ActiveX control? Which one should I look for?

Yes, there is a ActiveX control MSI file that can be loaded on the computer.
You'll need to contact your distributor to obtain it, unless you have
privileges on the Meridian PEP Library.
