I have a user that cannot open their Callpilot client. The server is
responding with the following error message...

"User does not have desktop capability. Please contact your administrator."

I don't know if this is a licensing issue or what. There is no reference to
this error message that I can find anywhere.
Below is a capture of the TCP stream between the client and the server.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Terry

check his/her class of service, it probably doesn't have desk top messaging
turned on.

Well, that user is working today. However, my desktop client is getting the
error message now. I have not changed anything. Seems this happens to
someone in the office everyday.
