Callpilot Desktop Messaging telset error

Please log in for more thread options messaging client (4.0) and can receive my voice messages in Outlook and they play fine on my computer but when I click the Telset button to play the message to my phone I get the following error message "Destination is restricted or does not exist" anyone have this issue or know what it means? I assume you means the RPL's in the Mailbox classes on the Call Pilot server correct, are there any other locations to check/adjust these? | |||||||||||||
