Please log in for more thread options is when users access voice mail to check messages the system plays You have one new message but it doesn't play the message right after that. The user has to press number 2 or press play on the 3904 phone to play the message, which is very annoying. Is there any way that call pilot can be programmed to automatic play the message after the greeting says you have one new message? Also, after you play the message the system doesn't give you a save option, and users don't know if the message was automatically save which also very confusing. Can I change the system greeting to said save or the display of the 3904 to have an option for the user to press to save. Thanks for your help. | ||||||||||
