I thought call pickup worked for any type of call once it's set up --
any thoughts on this one?

What phone system, what model phone and what do you mean the call goes
to rollover?

User A: Opt. 11, 2616, key 0 is DN, key 1 is DN, HHK is 1.
User B: is in same pickup group. if User A key 0 is ringing, User B
can do call pickup; if User A is on key 0, and call rolls to Key 1;
User B cannot pickup that call.
