Nortel Networks Auto Attendant does not answer lines

I just installed a StarTalk Flash unit, version 1.70, configured the
lines to have the AA answer after 4 rings.

The software is functional as I can log in and make changes, however,
no incoming calls are being answered by the AA.

Found the problem. Person bought a used system that had a StarTalk
Flash Lite cartridge and did not support the features normally found in
1.70.
