Auto Attendant does not answer lines

Please log in for more thread options lines to have the AA answer after 4 rings. The software is functional as I can log in and make changes, however, no incoming calls are being answered by the AA. | |||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options Found the problem. Person bought a used system that had a StarTalk Flash Lite cartridge and did not support the features normally found in 1.70. | |||||||||||||
