Hi,

we are using Alteon L4 switch to distribute traffic to our radius
servers.

In past months, we noticed that the Alteon box shows packet loss
frequently, in which situation 'ping" show about 38% or more packet
loss. Looking at link state, it show all links are up. Sometimes, such
problem could be solved by replug ethernet cable.

How can I determine where is the problem?

Thanks in advance .

Joe

You can use "stats/port <number>/dump" command to verify the port
status

good Luck
