Please log in for more thread options queue but when I call the DN, my call goes to the on-hold message. They dont have the MSB activated and I cann call their personal DN. See below. I have found out that the users are not logging out at night. What is the diff between the MSB LOG OUT and just LOG OUT?? > What are your LD 23 settings for the Queue?
