We have a Meridian Option 11 C mini. I have agents logged into the
queue but when I call the DN, my call goes to the on-hold message.

They dont have the MSB activated and I cann call their personal DN.

I'm not sure where to start with researching this.

night.
What is the diff between the MSB LOG OUT and just LOG OUT??
