I'm having problem with a ERS 5520 switch during boot up. I get the error No Agent Code Found. When I try to download the img file via tftp the switch gives a read error. Does anyone have idea what I need to do to correct this problem?

I have had a similar issue and was able to resolve it with a call to Nortel Support however it may be a defective EPROM. Is the switch under warranty?
