Hello.

I had a 2216 installed as a supervisor set, with 2 AOMs programmed with
agent keys. The set experienced some problems, so we swapped it out, and
now the AOMs don't work. Lamps don't flash when the set is plugged in,
nothing. The sets were both rls 1. Any ideas?

Jeff

maybe the new phones card is not connected inside?

Release 1 sets I believe needed external power for AOM but there was a
clever mod you could do to the set to avoid it. That is, if memory serves
correctly I haven't seen a set that old in about 10 years.

Got it figured. The set I had used to replace had a TN ID of M2216ACD-1,
and the set it replaced was a M2216ACD/A. Both Rls 01, but different sets
altogether.

Thanks
