Please log in for more thread options Hello. I am wondering what are the options for "virtual surround" recievers or speaker systems? I'm particularly interested in a reciever that will do virtual surrounds with a real left, right, center, and subwoofer, and that costs around 300 dollars or less. I'm looking into this for my parents. My mom is tired of the speaker wires being everywhere and having to cover them up with a rug, and she would like to get rid of the rear speakers if the sound would be similar. They also are thinking of getting rid of their gigantic 25 year old stereo/AV rack and replacing it with something smaller, as well as getting smaller speakers than the old Boses they currently have. | ||||||||||
