alright it's a "perpetual machine", but I need to know why it won't
work. suppose I take a bicycle generator and attach a fairly large
airplane model propellar to it and mount it on a 24 inch 2 x 4 with an
upright that allows the prop to clear the 2 x 4. on the other end I
mount a fan of appropriate size. the generator I attach to an
appropriate battery bank for input and charging. the fan I run off the
same battery bank. now there will be wear and tear on the various
components which will limit the life of the composit but would it last
long enough and have a usable output to run for a serious length of
time thanks to all for any information john carjo@nethere.com

We tried it and it didn't work. You are far better off pulling a trailer
with a wheel driven generator in it. That's how you can power your
electric car, which tows the trailer.

Simple, really...Keep in mind that it has to be a very STREAMLINED
trailer...

If you had used punctuation and seperate sentences your thought processes
would have been clearer and more organized and you would have been able to
determine that before you tried it.

I used sentences. I used periods and commas. I even constructed a
separate paragraph with symbolic pauses in it. Then to finish it all
off, I inserted a postscript of sorts.

Now, for a confession. We didn't really try it. Another confession: The
trailer mounted generator won't work as a perpetual motion machine
either. Are you getting a glimpse of why I should be ashamed?
