The quasiturbine has been a perennial thing showing up here and
elsewhere for what? 10 years? 15 years?

If it were a viable concept it would be in commercial production
already.

I wonder how it is on pollution. Considering that EPA is doing all it
can to do away with all 2 cycle engines...

I am on dial-up so there is no way I will be watching it.
