That suggests a problem with either CPU, memory or graphics cards.
I suggest it is more likely the first two that the graphics. Try
reseating the memory and ensuring that it is in the correct sockets
to see if that helps.

The CPU and RAM are the two things that are needed before it will
begin video output. Have you got the internal speaker connected
(the one going to the motherboard, not the sound card). If so you
will likely be getting a distinctive pattern of beeps. Look that
up in the BIOS guide and that will tell you what the problem is,
assuming no defective components that will be either CPU, RAM or
video.
