Please log in for more thread options Wireless IntelliMouse® Explorer 2.0. Now the wheel needs to be cleaned. I can't find any screws so I'm guessing it just pops apart. However, I want to make sure it was intended to pop apart before I force it to do so. The reason I feel the mouse finger wheel (or what ever it is called) needs to be cleaned is because it is dragging. I tried Q-Tips and ETOH but to no avail. Maybe next time I"ll put the ETOH on the Q-Tips and see if that helps. Seriously, if you have taken one apart or know anything about this subject please respond. Also, Has anyone tried those TEFLON feet that stick on the bottom of you mouse - to make it more slideable? Does it work? And an off topic message to you Web Designing Gods: Do you really have to make verification on a site so difficult? I realize that you don't want Bots to sign on, but if a bot is so smart you have to make signing on so hard, you need to hire the thing. If you want me to be able to type back what you show me, how about not using 1's,L's,S's,5's,0's or 0's. Surely you can find a better way to do this. Maybe show an icon and ask what it is? Or what is this a picture of? Or show a picture and ask: Animal, Vegetable, mineral. There must be a better way. And if you are still reading, how can I make my font bigger when I type and New Usernet Message? I have a 25''LCD screen and I can hardly see this type it is so small. The column this is in takes up about 1/6 of my screen. SO any useful information towards my questions would be appreciated. Bonnie | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options In the past I've found the dishwasher handy for cleaning keyboards, mice, and grubby motherboards. The secret is drying before use. >
