Remote xbee based relay trigger

I need that when a device A(using maybe a MAKE controller) sends a wireless command, an xbee device B should be able to turn on/off a light bulb on wall, preferebly via a digital dimmer. Here, the light bulbs etc. run at 220V AC.

Can anybody suggest me a budget conscious way and and safe circuit idea to make this device B? One way could have been to mount device B on another MAKE controller, but that will be too expensive and perhaps bulky to have MAKE controllers littered wherever I need a light bulb controlled. I think I would need a relay on device B, but ma not sure how to trigeer it remotely via the xbee.
