Could anybody suggest me which software should I use to control both
Insteon and Zwave device (not mentioned HomeSeer)

Because of my inexperience when buying several Insteon appliance
modules without noticing that the working frequency is 60Hz, I had to
use them with a transformer and frequency inverter. That's why I had
to switch to Zwave technology.

I think your explanation is more than a bit far-fetched but here's some
software that purports to work with Insteon, Z-Wave and X-10.
