What kind of speakers can these drive. Or how many watts are coming out
of the control. I know it is driven by 24 volts and a couple of amps
but what does that work out to in Watts?

Thanks

Phillip,

If you don't find out elsewhere, you can call OnQ's tech support at 800-321-2343.

OnQ recommends their own (of course) model 364654-02 speaker which is a 6.5"
round, in-ceiling model rated at 50 Watts RMS. That
doesn't mean you'll get 50 Watts out of that amplified volume control. Reality
is that for background music in most applications
20-25 Watts is plenty. You only start to need significant amounts of power when
driving large woofers.
