How to control the switch using RS-232

Please log in for more thread options I'm wondering how to control switch on/off using RS-232. what i would like to control that 8 or 16 would be nice. do i need to make any expansion board ? or .. any cheapest way ? thanks in advance. regards. shetravel | |||||||||||||||||||
