Home Automation in a Alternate Home Power Environment Too_Many_Tools 06-15-05

I would be interested in hearing how those in an alternate home power
environment (where you generate your power by solar, wind or water)
have automated their homes.

When every amp counts, you have both AC and DC circuits and the
frequency is not guaranteed because of using an inverter, I would think
there are some issues that need to be considered.
