Simply Don't - there are no parts that require lubrication
maintainence - turn keyboard upside down shake vigourously occasionally
tapping firmly to dislodge any dust crumbs or other detritus. wet a cloth
and wring out as dry as possible then use to clean the keys.
Switch cleaner can unstick keys but a big can costs about the same as a
generic keyboard.

Almost all types of lubrication will act as dust-catchers.
Eases typing for a minute, destroys your keyboard forever :-)

Use dry air to clean your keyboard. And replace the keyboard if
that doesn't solve your problem.

What make and model of keyboard is it?

On most modern keyboards, keys sticking is a sign of gunk
buildup inside. If gunk is built up inside you need to take
the keyboard apart, taking the top half off and agitating
that in a warm detergent solution, then rinse, shake excess
water out and let it dry for a day before reassembly.

If you are instead asking about how to tweak a keyboard
because you are a high performance typist trying to get the
ultimate key action, after cleaning and drying it as
described above, use silicon spray lubricant and work the
keys in and out a few times while it is wet to work the lube
into the needed areas. As another person mentioned already,
this will cause gunk to build up faster than if you didn't
use anything after cleaning it out, so you would have to
clean it again more often.

Unless you have a really nice, expensive or rare keyboard
it might be worthwhile to just replace it.
