Does someone knows where else can I buy this nice thing for my car? They
are not delivering to my country. :(

Or just use a power inverter? One problem with a microwave
that plugs directly into an automotive lighter socket
instead of a power inverter is that a typical lighter outlet
may be limited in many cars to around 10A, so they'd have a
design target that doesn't exceed this... which at 12V if
it were 100% efficient (which it can't be) is only a 120W
microwave, quite underpowered by microwave standards.

Try your local truck stop, here in the UK they stock microwaves grills
kettles pretty much anything you need to make a sleeper cab home from home
be careful to check the voltage tho' as most truck equipment is 24 volt.
