Please log in for more thread options I was interested in buying a new pc. Not to be outdated in 1 year, i thought maybe a 64 bit chip would be the way to go. Intel dont have many and they dont have a dual core chip. Should i be looking at AMD 64 bit dual core chips? How do they perform? The prices are very reasonable. If i was doing some heavy number crunching on a 2.4ghz 32 bit, and the same process on a 2.4ghz 64 bit, which would be quickest? Thanks | ||||||||||||||||
