I need a way to shut down Zonealarm from a command line.
A program that will forcefully shut down Zonealarm will do also.
I've tried PSKILL and TSKILL but I get back "Access denied".
Thanks.

It's not surprising that really is it?
Look in the web for some worm/virus/hacker/trojan toolkit, install it, run it and knock your PFW off. That's how any good trojan does it...

You are getting "Access Denied" because the process is running under the System Account. Therefor, all you need to do is get a command prompt with System rights and then kill Zonealarm.
