Anyone have anything good to say about Astaro support?

After 12 support cases opened, I have yet to receive a response less than 5 hours. That wouldn't be to bad if I hadn't paid for their gold support. Gold support guaranties a response less than 4 hours. Even if they did respond, they only e-mail no matter what you put the response contact method as. I like the appliance but hate the support. I'm going back to Cisco.
