Like a bouncing ball, a message is, at times, repeatedly poping up and down from the lower right corner of the screen. It reads, "Norton Internet Security: Rules have been created for the Microsoft Printer Spooler Pogram." The constant up and down is very annoying. How can I deactivate this feature? I really don't care about be notified unless there is some choice I have to make such as "yes/no", etc.
