Anyone here know how to search USENET archeives for posts by a specific user or to search the archeives for a specific string in the posts?

I have no specific group in mind for the search yet.

Unless you mean some other archive, Dejanews having been Borged by Google, you go to advanced groups search and act like someone who claims to have something to do with engineering.
