Harsh environment Temp sensor

I am looking for a Harsh environment high temperature sensor.

Medium - corrosive gas at combustor exit Medium temperature - 1000-1200 deg C.

Can optical fiber sensors meet this requirement? what is the max temperature limit for the optical material?
