Please log in for more thread options i've a laser 630nm and a mach zehnder modulator but i've many problem with the receiver photodiode(BPX65),i need a good circuit for capture the pulsed light. I've tried an carge amplifier and a current-tension opamp convertitor with 10Mohm feedback resistor. I know the difference between precision and fast (low and high reverse voltage) but i need both of them. Many thanks, any suggestion will be apreciate. matteo | ||||||||||
