Does someone have a URL that gives a good overview of the types of fiber
optic cables - including manufacturer and model numbers - used in undersea
cable projects?
I assume that some of these cables run electric as well as fiber optics to
power undersea amplifiers. I am more interested in unpowered cables, with
all of the equipment and amplifiers at midpoints on land.
