Please log in for more thread options packaged with a 50 ohm SMA connection? I have a laser diode that I am trying to directly modulate for telecoms applications - the diode comes with a 50 ohm matched SMA connector. Most of what I have been able to find out there so far are the chip versions, which also comes with a lot more bells and whistles than I need (I just mainly need a modulation and bias current adjust). Failing that, I am thinking of using a variable gain broadband amplifier with bias tee. Any suggestions, thoughts or comments? Many thanks. | ||||||||||||||||
