HI

Our System is a SNMP Managed System.Socket listening at 161 port.

When i do a normal Get-set operation its works very fine. No problem
with it.
Packetyzer Trace:

But when my system receive a NBNS request packet in port 137. The
Switch repond saying Destination Unreachable ( since the port is not
open ). But Henceforth when i do a SNMP get on my system My system gets
hanged. This happen exactly With the response to
SNMP get-Reuest as soon as the system send the SNMP response message
out through Socket using Sendto function my system gets hanged.

what could be the problem. We are stuck with this problem for long. Plz
Help needed.

the message body. My guess is, your "system" is an ethernet switch that

running VxWorks. At the most, I can suggest that you try
comp.os.vxworks
and provide *relevant* information related to your "system" being
suspended.
